Common questions
Trade logic test FAQ
Would an actual hedge fund use this exact score?
No. There is no universal hedge-fund formula. This is an educational framework inspired by common risk-management review categories.
Does a high score mean I should place the trade?
No. The score only reviews plan quality from your inputs. It does not know your objectives, taxes, broker rules, current quotes, or suitability.
Why does the tool ask me to enter market data?
It will not invent live IV, volume, open interest, bid/ask, correlation, or probability data. If you do not know an input, mark it as unknown or use a conservative estimate.
Can a low-probability trade score well?
Yes. The tool evaluates probability against payoff and risk. A low success percentage can be acceptable if the average win is large enough and the risk is controlled.
